With their previous provider, help wasn’t always immediately available, causing expensive down time and frustration when the system encountered problems. AMT were also concerned about the reliability of their business critical backups.
In addition to support they could depend on, AMT were looking for advice on a strategic system upgrade, to develop a robust network capable of supporting future growth. They also required their IT company to be able to supply and install new equipment for additional members of staff quickly.
