Case Study

Danfo UK Limited

What did the customer want?

Danfo are an award-winning supplier of Premium Public toilets throughout the UK.

Their internal server infrastructure was reaching end of life and they wanted to move to a more agile and secure IT solution, to accommodate their remote working patterns across the UK. They also wanted to ensure their systems were Cyber Essentials compliant, in order to provide peace of mind for both existing clients and jobs they were tendering for.

What was the Impact Solution?

We implemented our Thrive Professional Microsoft 365 Solution which brings together Security, Productivity and VIP Support in one package.

This solution removed the necessity for any on premise servers, creating a seamless remote working solution. Our Thrive Professional Solution is aligned with the Government’s Cyber Essentials Scheme and as part of the installation we worked with Danfo to ensure their new system met the required standard. We also implemented ongoing monitoring to ensure their systems meet the standards on a continuous basis, keeping them constantly compliant.

What did Danfo UK say about the solution?

“Before the implementation, our emails and data were at commercial risk due to the remote workers access to technology throughout the UK which could be easily lost, stolen or transferred to other machines/phones. This new implementation allowed for our company data to remain secure at all times. We also found the cloud server better which allowed to access files remotely. The additional IT training courses issued to our staff greatly benefitted their work & personal life with knowledge of what key things to beware of when using any technology to avoid cyber attacks/breaches.”
