Bryan is simply everywhere. Whatever’s needed, whoever needs a hand — Bryan’s there. As Team Leader he’s been a constant source of support across every area of the business, and the team voted for him because they feel it every day. His warmth, his willingness to help, and the way he brings people together haven’t gone unnoticed — and it’s no coincidence that he’s recently been promoted to Service Desk Manager. A thoroughly deserved win.

We read every piece of feedback and every comment that comes in, and Nathan’s name came up time and again. The team will tell you the same thing — he takes the time, he gets it right, and he genuinely cares about making sure every customer feels looked after. That means everything to us.
