Recognition is important. That’s why we take the time every quarter to recognise the stars amongst our team that have shined the brightest. In celebration of their achievements, here are the winners of our most recent Quarterly Awards.
10 Years of Service – David Gladwin
David joined Impact Computing back in 2010. Throughout his time here, he’s always cared about delivering a great service, and he plays a big part in keeping our standards high. Here’s to many more years working together!
5 Years of Service – Lewis Cowley
Lewis joined Impact Computing in 2015. Despite this being his first full-time job, he picked things up very quickly. He has been giving 100% since he started, and he’s still giving 100% today. Our business wouldn’t be the same place without you.
Core Values Award – Stephen Robinson
Our core values are respect, responsibility, fun, teamwork, innovation and teamwork. This award goes to the person who consistently demonstrates these values throughout the quarter. Stephen only joined us in February and his skills and infectious positive attitude have made him a terrific addition to the team.
Most Improved – Sean Murphy
This award recognises those that have grown the most during this quarter. Sean has made some great improvements as an engineer and has also taken on new responsibilities with his on-site work. He’s also been a good role model, demonstrating his commitment to his job outside of work hours too.
Most Improved (Runner Up) – Paul Fretwell
The Most Improved award was a very close race. Paul has consistently showcased his hardworking attitude, who is well loved with our clients. He consistently receives a huge amount of glowing feedback from our customers and is always one of the first to answer the phone!
Outstanding Achievement Award – Tom Russan
A knowledgeable member of our team. He is a vital source of information for our younger engineers and excels in any job that he does. Tom has played a big part in helping the company become experts with Microsoft 365.
Outstanding Achievement Award – Hugh Hage
Despite only joining us in March, and then having to work remotely, he has amazed us with the speed at which he has picked things up. He has shown great customer care and his knowledge has helped resolve many issues quickly for our clients.
Outstanding Achievement Award – Wayne Dalton
Wayne is one of the engineers who has been with us the longest. His dedication to the business, and to our clients is exceptional (as shown in recent client feedback for Wayne, which simply stated ‘Wayne… Legend’. There really is no other way to describe him – his is one of the foundations of this business and we were proud to present this award to him.
Outstanding Leadership Award – Gavin Stone
Knowing the difference between leadership and management is hard. But Gavin has cracked the code. He leads people exceptionally well, guiding them to the answers to build upon their knowledge and experience, and his leadership has contributed to enabling this business to grow.
The Quarterly Awards are a special occasion at Impact Computing. This year, due to current circumstances, it’s a shame that we couldn’t celebrate together, in person. But sharing this experience with you has been a blessing.
We thank you, and everyone at the Impact team, for the work they’ve been putting in throughout their career and through these tough times.
