Who we are seeking?

We are seeking to strengthen our Technical team with a positive, enthusiastic, Senior IT engineer who is passionate about IT. Good communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a technical IT support role, ideally with a Managed Service provider.


What you’ll be doing

As part of our Senior Engineer team you’ll be dealing with a wide variety of technologies such as Microsoft Hyper-V, ESXi, WANs, LANs, Azure, Office 365, Disaster Recovery Solutions and IT Security.


Providing 3rd Line Support & mentoring more junior team members

Our core business is providing a very high standard of Managed IT Support. You’ll be a major part of the team solving 3rd line support requests escalated from our 1st and 2nd line teams.

 

Client & Internal Projects

At Impact Computing you’ll enjoy the freedom to work under your own initiative, self-manage your projects and see them through to completion. You’ll also be liaising with clients, managing expectations, building and maintaining good relationships.
