What you’ll be doing 

As part of our IT Support team, you’ll be working with a wide variety of technologies such aWindows 10, Windows Server, Office 365, Routers, LANs and IT Security products. 


Providing 2nd Line Support  

Our core business is providing a very high standard of Managed IT Support. You’ll be a key part of the team providing solutions to 2nd line support requests. 


Site Visits 

You’ll also have opportunities to visit our clientsinstall new systems and provide outstanding customer service. Site visits are made in one of our company vehicles. 


Client & Internal Projects 

At Impact Computing you’ll enjoy the freedom to work under your own initiative, self-manage your projects and see them through to completion. You’ll also be liaising with clients, managing expectations, building and maintaining good relationships.

Essential Technical Attributes 

Must be able to: 



5 GCSE Grade A-D/ which must include Maths and English at grade C or above  

An industry qualification would be advantageous 

Must be over 21, physically active and have a clean driving licence. 


Job Specifics 

Business hours Mon-Fri, 8:45am - 17:15pm with some flexibility to suit the needs of the business. 

37.5 hours per week  

Holiday entitlement – 20 days plus bank holidays plus additional 2 days normally given around the Christmas period. 

Pay will be based on experience
