Our fixed price Computer Network Support Contract entitles companies in Preston, Blackpool, Lancashire, Manchester and the across North West to:

• Unlimited phone, Email, remote and on site support for existing computer systems / newly installed networks during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, excluding bank holidays).
• IT support and maintenance for your entire business computer network, including laptop computers.
• Help desk IT support to deal with any computer system queries and computer support problems, however big or small; quickly, effectively and with minimal disruption.
• Prompt on site visits from our central Lancashire base near Preston.
• Call outs, travel, parts and labour included in our fixed price Computer Network Support Contract (subject to terms & conditions).

Impact Computing's fixed cost Network Support Contracts offer you the convenience to:

• Predict and control your computer system support and network maintenance costs without any unexpected IT support charges.
• Pay for outsourced computer support in monthly instalments by Direct Debit, to spread the cost of your computer network maintenance and make your life easier.
• Purchase additional hardware, software and Web Hosting facilities. We will install and configure these on your computer network for you and provide training on how to use them. 
• Avoid being tied into a computer company contract, (beyond the initial 12 months). We give you this freedom, because we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our IT support service and computer solutions.
• Make Impact Computing your IT support provider, hassle free. We will manage the transfer from another IT company on your behalf.

Please note with the exception of home working computer solutions (connecting to the office network from home), Impact Computing does not provide computer support for home PC's.
