Our business PC and computer network support contract entitles companies across Preston, Blackpool, Lancashire and the North West to unlimited phone, remote and on site system support during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, excluding bank holidays). Our business IT system support contracts take care of your entire business computer network (including laptop computers), dealing with any queries and problems, however big or small, quickly, effectively and with minimal disruption. Our central Lancashire base enables us to be with you promptly if you require on site business network support. Impact Computing's comprehensive computer network support contract covers the cost of all call outs, travel, parts and labour (subject to terms & conditions) and with our fixed price; you can predict and control your computer network and business PC support and maintenance costs without any unexpected charges. To make life easier for you, contracted small business network and PC support IT solutions can be paid for in monthly instalments by Direct Debit. Please note with the exception of home working solutions (connecting to the office network from home), Impact Computing does not provide support for home PC's.
