Job Description:
Impact Computing IT support company is seeking a motivated IT engineer with a minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support environment & the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. You will be solving our client’s business network problems via phone, remote access & on site visits. The ideal applicant will be able to support a range of IT networks, Windows Server environments, Windows operating systems & Email technologies. Basic work station trouble shooting skills are also vital, including virus/spyware removal and exposure to the Microsoft Office Suite. We are seeking an IT professional who offers the highest standards of both technical & people skills. The successful candidate will be client focused, with a pleasant telephone manner and will display initiative, attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A full clean driving licence is essential.
